A native of Saint John, David worked for over 20 years in Toronto as a Director, Corporate Banking, for Manulife Financial. He has a keen interest in home renovations, especially the restoration of older homes, and enjoys helping clients find their dream home.

Megan has been a resident of the Saint John area for over 10 years. She is passionate about living an active healthy lifestyle. Through her involvement in coaching youth sports, Megan strives to be a positive role model for the community’s youth. Megan has a zest for life and looks forward to new life experiences.
Although she is newly licensed, Megan has been working in the industry with the Darling Team for the past two years. During this time, she has acquired knowledge of new construction and marketing homes through the use of the internet and social media.
With her vast knowledge of customer service and assisting in customers’ needs, she is eager to carry this forward in her real estate career. Megan is looking forward to the new challenges and experiences that the real estate industry has to offer.

Bob comes to the Darling Team with four years experience in the industry, after retiring from a 34 year career in teaching.
Bob is happy to bring personal experience in multi units and new construction. He has extensive knowledge working with first time home buyers.
Bob is well known as an avid sailor.

Susan has lived in Saint John all her life with her family. She is well known as a regional artist and continues to show at the Citidal Gallery. This love of art and all creative ventures led her to become involved in numerous projects including as one of the original board members that started up the Saint John Arts Centre in the early 2000’s. Just previous to that, while completing her arts degree, she became editor-in-chief of UNBSJ’s literary magazine.
This love of challenges also saw Susan and her family design and build several homes over the past 30 years.
It is same excitement of seeing houses and the enjoyment of meeting people combined with several years experience in real estate and as a home staging consultant, that has brought Susan back into the business with her husband Bob. She is excited to be part of the Darling Team at Royal Lepage and looks forward to seeing old clients and making new friends.
