Curious about renting one of our suites? Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions. If you have anymore questions for us or are interested in leasing one of our suites, don't hesitate to contact us.

What does it cost to move in?

In order to secure your unit, upon signing your lease a damage deposit (equalling one month's rent) is required in addition to the first month's rent.

When is rent due?

Rent is due the first of every month.

Are utilities are included in the rent?

No, utilities are not included in your rent. Tenants are responsible for contacting ATCO Electric Yukon and Northwestel prior to moving in. 

Do we require renters insurance?

Yes, tenants are required to get renters insurance prior to moving in and must provide landlords with proof of insurance.

How does rent get paid?

Rent is to be paid by pre-authorized deposit on the first of every month. 

What is the parking situation?

Each apartment has one assigned spot with an electric plug-in. There are also ample flex spaces provided for guests and vehicles. Commercial and recreational vehicles are not permitted in parking lot. No vehicle longer than 20 ft is permitted.

What is our pet policy?

Pets are not allowed.
